Jantina Woudstra has been Director General of RDW, the Netherlands Vehicle Authority, since April 2022. Prior to joining RDW, she held senior leadership positions at organisations including NS, KLM and IBM, building extensive experience in mobility, digital transformation and complex public-private environments.

As Director General, Jantina leads RDW in navigating the rapidly changing mobility landscape, where technological innovation, digitalisation and sustainability are transforming vehicles, infrastructure and public services. She is committed to ensuring that innovation goes hand in hand with safety, trust and effective public service.

Jantina strongly believes in collaboration across borders and between governments, industry and knowledge partners to address the challenges and opportunities of future mobility. Under her leadership, RDW is strengthening its role in areas such as vehicle innovation, data and digital technologies, sustainable mobility and international cooperation, contributing to safe, smart and future-proof mobility.
