Rugilė Andziukevičiūtė-Buzė
Head of the Transport Innovation Association and an expert in transport digitalisation, innovation, and sustainable mobility. She leads the association’s strategic activities, builds partnerships between businesses, the public sector, and international organisations, and coordinates national and international projects focused on transport digitalisation, decarbonisation, and the implementation of innovative solutions. Rugilė actively contributes to shaping transport policy at both Lithuanian and European Union levels, collaborating with the European Commission, UNECE, ministries, and key transport sector stakeholders.
Her areas of expertise include the implementation of electronic transport documents (eFTI, eCMR), artificial intelligence and data exchange solutions in logistics, autonomous transport development, the creation of a zero-emission heavy-duty transport ecosystem, and alternative fuel infrastructure. Rugilė is a moderator and speaker at international conferences, representing the Lithuanian transport sector in European discussions. Her goal is to strengthen Lithuania’s position as one of Europe’s leading transport innovation ecosystems and promote solutions that enhance the sector’s competitiveness and resilience in the face of future challenges.
