Povilas has been leading the sector agnostic Startup Lithuania Accelerator powered by Plug and Play where he has already accelerated 67 and invested in over 48 startups, resulting in over 40mil in funding for the accelerated startups. With over a decade of experience across fintech, cybersecurity, and the space industry, Povilas has played a key role in positioning Lithuania as a growing hub for innovation and venture activity in the CEE region.

Before joining Plug and Play, Povilas held leadership and product roles at LuxTrust, SES, and Spenfi, gaining deep operational expertise in secure digital identity, satellite communications, and financial technology. His cross-sector background equips him with a unique perspective on scaling frontier technologies and bridging startups with global capital and corporate networks.
