Ihor Reva
Before 2022, Ihor Reva spent several years working in the business sector, gaining practical experience in management and organizational development.
In February 2022, following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He later participated in counteroffensive operations and contributed to digital initiatives within Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, including the development and launch of the “Reserve+” application.
Later, Ihor Reva focused on developing digital services and support systems across the Armed Forces of Ukraine, introducing innovative solutions in logistics, personnel management, and social support. He also served as Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, where he coordinated cooperation with civil society and charitable foundations, optimized administrative processes, and worked with international donors on recovery and modernization initiatives.
In June 2026, Ihor Reva was appointed Deputy Minister for Recovery, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine. In this role, he is responsible for advancing Ukraine’s digital agenda, developing smart infrastructure, and promoting innovative solutions in transport and logistics.
