Arūnas Strazdas has 23 years of experience in logistics and operations management. He has been working at Linas Agro for the past five years, having previously led the company’s logistics and infrastructure functions before taking on his current role.

Earlier in his career, A. Strazdas worked in the parcel delivery sector, where he held an operations management position and gained experience across the Baltic markets. His key areas of expertise include supply chain management, service quality and process optimisation.

Today, at Linas Agro, he is responsible for sales and operations performance, developing more efficient logistics and infrastructure processes, and implementing digital solutions. One of his team’s key areas of focus is developing innovative solutions that enable more accurate planning of seasonal grain transport flows, improve logistics processes and maintain high customer service standards. In recent years, solutions implemented at Linas Agro have been significantly transforming logistics in the agricultural sector.

Strazdas holds an Executive MBA from BMI Executive Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Kaunas University of Technology (KTU).
