The 5th Transport Innovation Forum took place on November 23-24, 2023 in Vilnius, at Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO. Organized by the Lithuanian Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Association of Transport Innovations, this forum aimed to reflect the changing business models and future trends in the transport and logistics sector.
In 2023, the Forum brought together public authorities and business representatives to discuss and share ideas on how and what needs to be done to create innovative and efficient logistics and supply chains in Europe. Safe, resilient, climate-neutral and paperless transport and logistics are driving innovation and are already having a growing impact on the movement of goods worldwide.
On the first day of the event, current issues in the transport and logistics sector and the innovation trends shaping the future were discussed. The second day of the Forum was focused on urban mobility issues, sustainable mobility opportunities created by EU investments, breakthrough innovations and their policies. The Green Transport Awards took place, as well as a Startup Session for developers of green and digital logistics solutions.
