The event will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2024 (1:30-3:40PM) in Vilnius, at the Litexpo exhibition center.

The event, organised by the project Advancing green transition and digitalization on the transport corridor of the Baltic Sea region (IBA-3), coordinated by Traficom (FI), will finalise and launch a new proposal for a transboundary Public-Private initiative to harvest synergies between digitalization, sustainability and resilience of logistics according to the IBA-3 project plan.

The organizers will warmly welcome representatives of national administrations, intergovernmental networks as well as industry and civil society representatives.

Transport Innovation Forum – the leading event for transport and logistics professionals in the Baltic States – returns to LITEXPO in Vilnius on 14–15 October 2026.

This year’s Forum theme, “Adapt to the Never Normal”, reflects the reality facing today’s transport and logistics sector: constant change driven by geopolitical uncertainty, economic volatility, rising operational costs, the transition to alternative energy sources, and rapid digital transformation.

The 8th International Transport Innovation Forum will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, and representatives of international organizations to explore the sector’s transformation, discuss emerging challenges, and examine how adaptability is becoming a key strategic advantage in an increasingly unpredictable world.

As every year, more than 800 participants from over 20 countries will gather in Vilnius to exchange insights, build partnerships, and identify solutions that strengthen resilience and accelerate innovation across the transport and logistics ecosystem.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and expert debates, the Forum will examine how transport, logistics, and urban mobility systems can respond to evolving economic and geopolitical risks while unlocking new opportunities through technological advancement and sustainable growth.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with industry peers, attend the Startup Pitch Session and the National Transport Innovation Awards ceremony, and explore the expo area featuring more than 20 companies and organizations showcasing the latest innovations and solutions.
